Workington market Workington Market is normally held in Pow Street but as we return from coronavirus we'll also be taking up some space in Upton Street.

Running every Wednesday and Saturday - come down and see what we've got to offer. Operated by Allerdale Borough Council. A traditional market were locals come and meet and shop & chat everyone knows everyone ,a great town ,with nice friendly people

Workington Market is on tomorrow as ever, each Wednesday and also Saturday, this weeks Saturday is also the Light Switch On Event. Lots of stalls and entertainment too.
If you like hot spicy sauces, come along to try Murphy’s Hot Sauce Challenge. The stall is just down the Mall from the Hub. Come down and have a taste.

Workington Market is back tomorrow. Every Wednesday and Saturday. Just a note. When the works to improve the area by Argos start, Our long serving, loyal, quality Butcher Wayne Mason, will still be in the Market. He will relocate, just across the road by Home&Bargains and the return to the Argos area when the improvements are complete. So do not worry.
