Fired & Inspired Pottery Festival are excited to introduce another of our tutors! All the way from the USA we are so happy to bring you Jeff Rottman of GR Pottery Forms.

Jeff is a production potter who, losing his traditional job in 2005, he turned his wood-form discovery into a business. Jeff officially established GR Pottery Forms in 2014, a company that produces durable wood-fiber (MDF) drape molds designed to simplify slab-building.

Jeff regularly conducts workshops and demonstrations, often collaborating with platforms like ClayShare. We are delighted he will be running workshops at our festival on 26th & 27th September showing you how to use his forms to make dinnerware - and you get to keep the form so you can go home and make more!

Save the date for our annual October Craft fair! 10th & 11th October

We can’t believe where this year has gone but it’s not long until our October craft fair again. The stalls & music are all booked, we’ll be doing the food again (hog roast & bacon butties) & of course the farm shop will be open as normal.
We have just had a cancellation for the coffee van so if there are any local coffee vans that would like to come to the event please get in touch & ask for Jenny. Thank you! Let’s hope we have beautiful sunshine like we did last year.

Made plenty Boerewors ready for Jen’s Zim friends today!
I’ve perfected this recipe over the last 10 or so years! Certainly worth a try,
Best cooked over a fire, a very traditional recipe with coriander seed,and all spice, coursely ground beef with a little lamb fat to help the juiciness! Beware this is very meaty sausage. No added nasties either! So we sell them out the freezer!
