We are excited to share our Summer BBQ event coming up at Henderson’s Fishmongers on Sunday 19th July, 12 - 3pm.
We’re delighted to be teaming up once again with local chef Nick Wood of Food Inspirations, bringing together his passion for creative cooking with our love of exceptional fish.
Join us for a relaxed and inspiring afternoon as Nick showcases how to turn beautiful seasonal ingredients into unforgettable summer creations!
Throughout the demo, Nick will guide you step-by-step, sharing expert tips, techniques, and answering your questions, before we all sit down together to enjoy every dish.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your cooking skills, discover new flavour combinations, or simply enjoy a unique dining experience, this event is not to be missed plus, you’ll leave with all the recipes so you can recreate the dishes at home.
