Wilsons Of York Quality, local family butchers - from field to fork. 2022 sees D W Wilson (Family Butchers) Ltd celebrate 21 years in business.

Owner and Master Butcher, David Wilson, opened in June 2001 with the grateful aid of his late mum who helped to develop, make and bake our locally famous pork pies. We are 6th time winners of York's own Pork Pie Competition, and we have also won a number of national awards for our pies and sausages. We also specialise in dry aged beef and steak, homemade sausage, burgers, kebabs, koftas, nduja and

old favourites such as penny duck, potted meat, cold cuts and scotch eggs. We also sell local butter, milk, orange juice, curry sauces and rape seed oil. So if you are after quality, locally sourced meat and game at a competitive price and want some expert advice pop in and see us, we are always here to help. Don’t forget, your butcher is for life - not just for Christmas, Easter or the summer barbecue.

We have a new chicken kebab on the block this week, spicy Korean chicken kebab, beautiful flavours with a real spicy kick! As well we do have our OG hot and spicy chicken kebab, both great with a salads or looking for an easy meal for the family.
