I’ve been making bespoke cakes for all occasions since July 2012. A friend showed me the basics and got me hooked. Since then I have made dozens. I love creating unusual and interesting designs, with details and intricacies that leave customers, friends or family delighted. I thought I would turn what was just a fun hobby into something more, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I am able to mak

I love both the creative freedom of a basic brief and the attention to detail needed for something very specific.
