Pie. Hearty, comforting and delicious. With the flurries of snow, cold winds and dark days still hanging about, what better way to relax this weekend that a personal shortcrust pastry pie.

At around 250g of filling each, stuffed with delicious and different fillings, choose your side and tuck in! Our regular bagel menu and sides will be available alongside, but the stars will be the pie, mash and gravy!

Go the traditional East London route and get Beef Mince pie, buttery potato mash and parsley sauce, or boost your vitamins with our mixed veggie pot pie, carrot and pumpkin mash and veggie gravy! Why not mix in our usual sides and get double cooked fries, Wild Mushroom Pie and rich beef gravy! The combinations are endless, but they'll all leave you satisfied!

We have been so excited to start working with beef, but due to our principle of whole animal butchery, it's been quite the wait. We finally got the opportunity and have been making lots of experiments and tests. More will come, but our first showing are these wonderful sandwiches!

The owner and founder of Saidanaa has a special place in his heart for the Salt Beef Beigel. Being from London, his Great Great Grandfather Joseph was a butcher in East London and made Salt Beef. The traditional way to serve it was with dill pickles, mustard and in a Beigel (the east london spelling of Bagel!). In respect to him, this is our Salt Beef Beigel. The brisket is brined for 10 days, poached, sliced and steamed to order, tender, flavourful and rich. Served with our house made dill pickles, mustard we have fermented for over a year, on a hot toasty bagel. What could be better!

Reubens are typically made with pastrami, but without a smoker, our salt beef is a great replacement. The Thousand Island dressing is a mix of our house hot sauce, ketchup and mayo, with freshly fermented cabbage and carrot sauerkraut and a thick layer of gooey melted cheddar!

The roast beef is an homage to the owner's first restaurant. Eye round of beef is roast to a perfect medium, thinly sliced and layered with fresh crunch lettuce, sweet and sour vegetable chutney and crispy fried onions. Texture and flavour heaven!

These will be available regularly, on and off for the foreseeable future, with hopes to be able to keep them on the menu full time soon!

All day service of Vietnamese Brunch - Pho, Banh Mi (meat and vegetarian options for both), Vietnamese Coffee, spring rolls and more! Hot Sauce day is back!
Warm up this Autumn with spicy foods, fried foods, and good fun! Meet the makers, and take home a pile of locally made hot sauces in all varying levels of spice and flavour.

As always, we'll have a special menu for the day of hot wings, crispy mushrooms, pulled pork and kimchi grilled cheese, craft beers, loads of samples, good music, and our fabulous staff to serve you.

Who's coming?

- ბეიგელინი - Tbilisi's first bagel bakery, turned cafe & american goods market! Producing nut butters, granolas, seasonings (can you say taco seasoning?), American-style cakes and pies, and of course... hot sauce!

Saidanaa - საიდანაა - One man's quest for good, natural salami turned to a butchery, an all-natural cidery, and now ample other goodies from jams to fermented hot natural hot sauces.

Pepper King - წიწაკის მეფე - If you can't get the right chili peppers, just grow them yourself! The passion project of an experienced chef, the Pepper King's sauces are designed to titillate your taste buds or blow your socks off - your choice! With a wide range of spice and flavours, you're bound to find something to get the juices flowing.

Friday 13th September, come for some ramen!

Who are we to make ramen?
Well, we knead exceptional noodle dough, made alkaline with our own made kansui. Our broths are made with the bones from our own pigs, or vegan from a mix of wild mushrooms we’ve harvested and dried. We have even made our own soy sauce for the base, made from koji fermented georgian soybeans, aged for 18 months! The chashu we prepare ourselves, the eggs soft and marinated, and more!

This is the third Ramen night, with the previous two being completely sold out!

Come and slurp some ramen with us and enjoy something a little different!

This is a Non-Partisan, Get out the Vote and Burger Event. No political view or party is represented. We are providing a fun burger night for all. Being American and Voting is not mandatory for the event, but if you know an American, drag them along!

US Election 2024 Voting:
We'll provide computers and printers so you can easily print your ballot, and we will also be collecting mail in ballots to take to the US Embassy for those who don't want to pay for international postage! No more excuses that voting from abroad is difficult.

If you haven't received your absentee ballot, you can still fill out a federal write-in absentee ballot (FWAB).

Remember you can only vote using the FWAB if you've registered to vote absentee. You can do this at https://www.fvap.gov/

Burgers:
Freshly baked buns. 100% beef patties (or our own made veggie version). Special sauces made for the event. A mountain of toppings. Our massive crispy fries, draft beer and more. What is not to love.

Between the butchery experience of Saidanaa and the Baking experience of Bagelin, plus some old recipes from a long time closed tbilisi favourite Burger place (ask if you don't already know!) this is going to a seriously fun night
