Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich in London italienisches Essen auf diesem Niveau probieren würde.
Zwischen dem schnellen Rhythmus der Stadt, dem ständigen Lärm und den endlosen Straßen versteckt sich ein Ort, der sich anfühlt wie ein kleiner Kurzurlaub in Italien.

Der Duft von frischer Pasta, gutem Olivenöl und warmem Brot lag in der Luft. Jeder Bissen hatte etwas Vertrautes und gleichzeitig Besonderes – einfach, ehrlich und voller Geschmack. Es war nicht nur ein Essen, sondern ein Moment zum Ankommen, zum Durchatmen.

Trinkempfehlung beim Training:
Vor dem Training sollte man etwa 300–500 ml Wasser ca. 1–2 Stunden vorher trinken.
Während des Trainings werden 150–300 ml alle 15–20 Minuten empfohlen.
Insgesamt liegt der Flüssigkeitsbedarf bei etwa 400–800 ml pro Stunde, abhängig von Intensität und Temperatur.
Nach dem Training sollte man in den ersten 1–2 Stunden 500–1000 ml Wasser trinken, um die Regeneration zu unterstützen.

Warum ist das wichtig?
Beim Training schwitzt der Körper und verliert viel Flüssigkeit. Durch regelmäßiges Trinken kleiner Mengen bleibt man leistungsfähig und kann Kopfschmerzen, Müdigkeit sowie Muskelkrämpfen vorbeugen.

After training, the body needs water, protein, and carbohydrates to rehydrate, repair muscles, and restore energy. Alcohol can slow muscle recovery, reduce protein synthesis, worsen dehydration, and negatively affect sleep quality, which is very important for recovery.
If you drink a very small amount occasionally, it is unlikely to cause serious harm, but it does not help recovery. For best results after exercise, water, electrolytes, and nutritious food are much better choices.

ჩვენ ვფიქრობთ, რომ ყველასთვის მნიშვნელოვანია ეს სივრცე მითუმეტეს მათთვის,ვისაც მცირეწლოვანი ბავშვები ჰყავს ოჯახში და ზოგადად ქვეყნისთვისაც ! დროა ჩვენ საზოგადოებასაც ჰქონდეს იმის არჩევანი თუ რა ხარისხის პროდუქტი მიიღოს საკვებად.

ჩვენი მიზანია ისეთი სივრცე შევქმნათ, სადაც ადამიანს ექნებათ საშუალება:
