5. Security: Participation on Cita-mart page is voluntary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your login. You agree to:
a) immediately notify Cita-mart of any unauthorized use of your login or account or any other breach of security, and
b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Cita-mart cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
6. Member Conduct: Cita-mart’s page is moderated. That means all comments will be reviewed before posting. In addition, the Cita-mart expects that participants will treat each other, as well as Cita-mart employees, with respect. The Cita-mart will not post comments that contain vulgar or abusive language; personal attacks of any kind; or offensive terms that target specific ethnic or racial groups. Comments that make unsupported accusations will also be subject to review. Only comments that comply with the Cita-mart page TOU will be approved for posting. Cita-mart respects, and expects users to respect fellow community members and to comply with the Facebook Terms and Conditions, including the User Content guidelines. Cita-mart reserves the right to remove User Postings that are:
• Abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
• In violation of any intellectual property or other right of another
• In violation of any law or regulation
• Otherwise offensive or inappropriate
Communications made through the Cita-mart’s page messaging system will in no way constitute a legal or official notice or comment to Cita-mart or any official or employee of the Cita-mart for any purpose.
7. Copyright Information: Links to Cita-mart’s page are welcomed. Unless a copyright is indicated, Cita-mart information is in the public domain and may be copied and distributed without permission. Citation of Çita-mart as source of the information is appreciated. If a copyright is indicated on a video, photo, graphic, or other material, permission to copy these materials must be obtained from the original source.
8. Information Quality Guidelines: Every effort is made to provide accurate and complete information. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors. You acknowledge that the Cita-mart does not pre-screen all Content, but that Cita-mart and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to edit, delete, refuse or move any Content that is available via the site. Without limiting the foregoing, the Cita-mart and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOU or is otherwise objectionable. 9. Special admonitions for International Use: Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Ghana or the country in which you reside.
10. Content submitted or made available for inclusion on the site: Cita-mart does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the site. Cita-mart does not take responsibility for the inclusion of third party links or other third party content such as articles.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Cita-mart, and its affiliates, officers, agents, grantees or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the site, your use of the site, your connection to the site, your violation of the TOU, or your violation of any rights of another.

General Practices Regarding Use and Storage: You acknowledge that Cita-mart may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the site, including without limitation the maximum number of days that message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the site, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the site in a given period of time. 15. English Language: In order to assure that members, adhere to the TOU, the language of the Cita-mart on Facebook site is English. Content posted in languages other than English may be subject to removal. An accurate translation into English must be provided if a member chooses to post content in other languages.
