Job Description: *Sales Engineer (Electrical Engineering Background)*
Location: *Accra, Ghana*
Salary Range: *GHS 8,000 – 10,000 per month*
Experience Level: 5+ years
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional sales acumen to drive business growth, build client relationships, and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical engineering sector.
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients, ensuring solutions meet their operational needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless ex*****on of client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and ex*****on.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales engineering or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, products, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
