*Ingredients*

3 tablespoons of Eat Smart Foods Fruity Cerealmix with mango

1 carrot 🥕

2 tablespoons of probiotic yogurt or your baby milk

*Steps*

1.Wash carrot 🥕,chop and steam for 7 minutes till tender.

2.Take 3 tablespoons of Eat Smart Foods Fruity Cerealmix with mango .🥭

3.Add water to the powder and cook by stirring for 5 to 6 minutes .

4.Transfer your Eat smart foods fruity Cerealmix with mango porridge into a blender.Add in your steamed carrot.Blend all till smooth.

✅Check for allergies before adding peanut butter for your child .Use pure coconut oil instead if your child is allergic to peanut butter.

*Ingredients*
• 1 ripe banana
•20ml of probiotic yogurt
• 1 teaspoon smooth peanut butter (ensure no added salt or sugar)

1. Peel and add the banana to a blender.

*Ingredients*

1/2 ripe plantain

1 boiled egg 🥚 (use only boiled egg yolk for kids below one year )

1 teaspoon of peanut butter ,🧈 unsalted butter or coconut oil or probiotic yogurt (use only one here)

Your baby’s milk 🥛

*Steps*
1.Boil egg till well cooked and set aside .

2.Boil your ripe plantain after peeling .

3.Transfer boiled ripe plantain to blender and add in your boiled egg or egg yolk .

4.Add in your peanut butter or unsalted butter or coconut oil or probiotic yoghurt .

5.Top up with your baby’s milk .Blend all up and serve immediately.
