St. Francis College of Education Announces Lecturer Vacancies for 2026 Academic Year

St. Francis College of Education has officially opened applications for qualified individuals interested in lecturer positions for the 2026 academic year. The institution is seeking highly competent and experienced academics to fill vacancies across a number of specialised subject areas.

Measurement and Evaluation
Applicants must possess:
A Ph.D. in Measurement and Evaluation
An M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
A Bachelor’s Degree in Measurement and Evaluation
At least four years’ experience as a Lecturer in a recognised tertiary institution or College of Education
Educational Administration and Management
Interested applicants are expected to have:
A Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Management
An M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
A minimum of four years’ teaching experience at the tertiary level
Physical Education
Applicants are required to possess:
A Ph.D. in Physical Education
An M.Phil. Degree
A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education
Not less than four years’ experience as a Lecturer in a recognised institution
English Language (Grammar)
Candidates applying for this position must have:
A Ph.D. in English Language
An M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
A Bachelor’s Degree in English Language (Grammar)
At least four years’ teaching experience in a recognised institution
Ghanaian Language (Ewe)
Applicants must hold:
A Ph.D. in Ghanaian Language (Ewe)
An M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
A Bachelor’s Degree in Ghanaian Language (Ewe)
A minimum of four years’ experience teaching at the tertiary level
Vocational (Arts)
Applicants are expected to possess:
A Ph.D. in Arts Education
An M.Phil. or Research Master’s Degree
A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Education
At least four years’ experience serving as a Lecturer in a recognised institution
