𝑨 𝑻𝑹𝑰𝑩𝑼𝑻𝑬 𝑭𝑹𝑶𝑴 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑩𝑨𝑭𝑼𝑳𝑶𝑻𝑶 𝑺𝑷𝑶𝑹𝑻𝑺 𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑴𝑰𝑻𝑻𝑬𝑬

The 𝑩𝒂𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒆 is deeply saddened by the untimely passing of our beloved son, brother, friend, and talented goalkeeper, 𝑰𝒔𝒂𝒂𝒄 𝑮𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒛, popularly known as “𝑪𝒉𝒐.”

He was a dedicated and passionate footballer who proudly represented 𝑩𝒂𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒐 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒅 and 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃. His commitment, discipline, sportsmanship, and love for the game earned him the admiration and respect of teammates, coaches, supporters, and the entire sporting community.

His passing is a great loss not only to his family but also to Bafuloto and the football fraternity at large. We will always remember him for his humility, determination, and the joy he brought to the field whenever he stood between the goalposts.

On behalf of the 𝑩𝒂𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒐 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒆, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the 𝑮𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒛 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 and all those grieving this great loss. We pray that the Almighty grants him eternal rest and gives his loved ones the strength and comfort to bear this difficult moment.

The Bafloto-born right-back, Dawda Hydara, is a determined and hardworking defender known for his energy, discipline, and strong defensive ability on the field. His passion for football started in his community, where he proudly represents Bafuloto United.

Currently developing his talent at ATC Football Academy, Dawda continues to sharpen his defensive strength, pace, and understanding of the game. His dedication on the pitch and hunger to improve make him one of the promising young defenders to watch.

From the streets of Bafuloto to the academy pitch, Dawda Hydara is chasing his football dream step by step carrying the pride of his community and proving that hard work, discipline, and belief can open the door to greater heights.

Bafuloto United defeated Misira in the Inter-Kabilo Football Tournament after a 1-1 draw at the Box-Ba Mini Stadium.

The match was decided by a penalty shootout, where Bafuloto United emerged victorious to secure their place in the next stage of the competition.

Runi Cashew claimed a narrow 2–1 win over Free Life in the Bafuloto U-13 tournament, with goals from Omar Gibba in the 20th minute and Ebrima Jammeh in the 55th, while Ebrima Jaiteh netted for Free Life in the 43rd minute.

Ousainou FC and Estate FC met today in a spirited Bafuloto U-13 encounter that kept supporters engaged from start to finish.

Despite the pressure created and the fight shown on the pitch, the match concluded in a 0–0 draw, with neither side able to break the deadlock.
