Based on traditional Greek cheese-making methods and using only the freshest local milk and most modern equipment we produce P.D.O. cheeses and other dairy products of excellent quality, as proven by our awards and acclaims. Our most recent award was at the FROME awards, where we were Gold awarded for Best Feta Cheese, Best PDO Cheese and Best Greek Cheese.
