I'm not sure everyone knows this, but everything we make is made by hand(with the help of some machines!)
Our burgers, falafel mix, very vegan meat and cheeze, our gyros, sos rolls, salads, all our ice creams and sweets, EVERYTHING! The only thing we buy ready is the tortillas we wrap everything in!!

One of our new salads today!! Amaranth tabbouleh, with h**p seeds for even more nutrition!! This ancient grain is a powerhouse of good stuff! It has vitamin A, vitamin c, and also a fair amount of folate, iron and magnesium!!
