由3月11日至17日,Chefs Market 為你帶來兩款期間限定「京都野菜沙律」!所有蔬菜每日新鮮由京都直送,並獲京都政府認証。讓你在香港也能嚐到地道京都風味。
🥢 5款京都蔬菜的魅力:
🧅 Kujo Green Onion 九條葱 —— 來自擁有1300年歷史的京都南部,柔軟香甜、富含胡蘿蔔素與維他命 B,在京都常用於炖煮、油炸、凉拌香葱醋汁鱿鱼等。
🌿 Kyo Mibuna 壬生菜 —— 19世紀源自壬生寺附近,葉形修長、質感爽脆,帶淡淡芥末香氣,富含維他命 C與膳食纖維,是京都傳統漬菜的名物。
🌱 Kyo Mizuna 水菜 —— 擁有細長葉脈與潔白葉柄,自江戶時代起受歡迎。爽口清香,無論熱食還是沙律都相當適合。
🌸 Japanese Rapeseed 油菜花 —— 冬日綻放的花蕾食材,爽脆香甜,β胡蘿蔔素與鈣質含量比西蘭花高三倍,是味覺與營養兼具的京都滋味。

【Kyoto Vegetable Festival — Limited-Time Only 🌿】
From March 11 to 17, Chefs Market is bringing you two exclusive Kyoto Vegetable Salads! All vegetables are freshly delivered from Kyoto every day and certified by the Kyoto government — so you can enjoy an authentic taste of Kyoto right here in Hong Kong.
🥢 The charm of five Kyoto vegetables:
🧅 Kujo Green Onion — Originating from southern Kyoto with a history of over 1,300 years, this variety is tender, naturally sweet. It’s a Kyoto favorite used in simmered dishes, tempura, and chilled squid with scallion-vinegar dressing.
🌿 Kyo Mibuna — First grown near Mibudera Temple in the 19th century, this leafy green features slender, crisp leaves with a mild mustard aroma. It’s a classic ingredient in traditional Kyoto pickles.
🌱 Kyo Mizuna — It has very thin, delicate, white leaf stalks, which contrasts beautifully with the green. Kyo Mizuna is soft, and crisp and is naturally suitable for both hot dishes and fresh salads.
🌸 Japanese Rapeseed — It has both a pleasant texture, and a distinct pungent taste. They contain three times more beta-carotene and calcium than broccoli — a perfect balance of flavor and nutrition from Kyoto.
🥬 Shogoin Turnip — With roots tracing back to the Edo period, this Kyoto variety is famous for its delicate texture and natural sweetness. Commonly simmered with tofu, taro, or kelp, it’s a comforting taste of winter.
