市面上比較少有既口味：*焦糖化洋蔥蘑菇鷹嘴豆醬*
VEGtastic! 選用本地流浮山有機種植場既蘑菇 🍄
其實一直以黎小妹都好想提倡多食本地菜既概念，只不過基於成本效益問題冇辦法採用於所有口味。今次有機會，蝕底小小都想將本地蘑菇結合鷹嘴豆醬。希望以後有機會VEGtastic! 可以帶多啲有機本地農作物既產品比大家！

係咁特別既日子，VEGtastic! 宣佈我地既Hummus會將平時用開既入口有機芝麻醬轉成自家製！同樣有機芝麻醬，一個入口另一個香港製造，你要識揀呢！☺️

製作過程係就係麻煩啲，要將芝麻細火炒香，同埋確保唔可以燶！（大批量真係炒到手都軟🥲）但係，VEGtastic! 芝麻醬令我地既Hummus風味更上一層樓，幾辛苦小妹都在所不計！
以後唔使問點解VEGtastic! Hummus咁好食，係因為我地真心著重所有食材🫶🏻💚

On this special day, we’re happy to announce that VEGtastic! Hummus is going to change the one of the ingredients: organic tahini from store-bought to fully handcrafted! One is imported from other country, one is handcrafted in Hong Kong. You know what you’re going to choose! ☺️

The process of making organic tahini is not easy. First, you gonna lightly roasted all the sesame seeds without charring them. Hands will be so sore doing this if we have tons of sesame seeds need to roast 🥺 However, handcrafted tahini makes our VEGtastic! Hummus taste even better! We think it’s totally worth the work! From now on, you don’t need to ask us why is VEGtastic! Hummus so good? It’s because we only use fine ingredients. 🫶🏻💚

我其中一個最喜歡食泡菜嘅方法就係用嚟整泡菜湯！
即是香港天氣咁熱都冇辦法阻止我對湯湯水水既愛。今日我想分享一個超級簡單但係好味嘅泡菜湯食譜，鹽都唔使落！當然如果你想調味亦都可以落少少啦🫶🏻 如果你用我哋嘅VEGtastic! Kimchi 整咗嘢食不妨用分享出嚟啊💚☺️

My favourite way to consume kimchi is to make kimchi jjigae! Even it’s boiling hot in Hong Kong, it cannot hide my love for soup dish. 市面上咁多素泡菜，點解要揀VEGtastic! KIMCHI ?
因為我地既VEGtastic! 蔬菜高湯選用韓國入口材料：花菇、昆布、洋蔥以及白蘿蔔。同埋其他蔬菜一齊熬製得出美味高湯～

小妹有冇提過我地既泡菜係嚴選韓國入口大白菜？除此之外，我哋仲係用羅漢果糖入饌：零卡路里、零升糖指數，糖尿病及生酮人士適合！

我唔敢話我地係最正宗，但我地既泡菜就咁食/烹調其他菜式都一樣咁好味^_^ 知唔知點解？係因為食材夠好啊☺️💚

佢既食譜經歷過反覆調整同修改，最終我地決定用自家熬製數小時而成既蔬菜高湯同埋唔會引起升糖指數既羅漢果糖做材料，糖尿病人都絕對適合！

生產呢款功夫同成本真係絕對不會少過出面批量生產既泡菜。最重要既係以VEGtastic! 呢個small potato 賣既泡菜安唔安架？放心！我地泡菜已經拎左去驗實室SGS做化驗已證實細菌樣本絕對符合食環標準！擔心既朋友可向我地索取實驗報告。

你地最鍾意咩口味啊？
VEGtastic! Hummus 採用有機材料，全天然成份，絕無任何防腐劑及添加劑。有VEG! Friends 反映擺左成個月都仲食得完全冇問題🙈 咁好大機會係材料入面既新鮮檸檬汁同埋蒜頭起到天然防腐作用。
不過都係建議大家盡快食用，用乾淨既食器拎取適合既份量享用，咁樣保質期可以長小小喇🥕

Which flavour is your favourite?
VEGtastic! Hummus used all natural and organic ingredients without any preservation and additives. Some VEG! Friends reviewed that they still eat the hummus after almost a month of buying it and still perfectly fine to eat. We believed that it’s the natural lemon juice and garlic work as natural preservatives 🥰 However, we do suggest that our VEG! Friends need to consume our hummus asap to enjoy it under its best circumstances!
