Terrace Boulud opens, and we’re on the plate ✨
Daniel Boulud’s much-awaited Hong Kong debut is officially live at Landmark Prince’s, with Executive Chef Aurélie Altemaire .aurelie at the helm of the kitchen. A rooftop French brasserie built around Boulud’s four culinary muses - La Tradition, La Saison, Le Potager and Le Voyage - with a Hong Kong twist running through it.
We’re proud to be supplying several signature ingredients on the opening menu:
• Huguenin poultry, featured in the chef’s chicken main
• Selva black tiger prawns
• French scallops 5DO
A few standouts spotted from the table: the Selva black tiger & French scallop plate, and the Huguenin chicken with grilled corn.
