Founded in 2009, M&C Asia established itself as a major player in the importation and distribution of sustainably-caught premium seafood in Hong Kong and Macau.

Terrace Boulud opens, and we’re on the plate ✨

Daniel Boulud’s much-awaited Hong Kong debut is officially live at Landmark Prince’s, with Executive Chef Aurélie Altemaire .aurelie at the helm of the kitchen. A rooftop French brasserie built around Boulud’s four culinary muses - La Tradition, La Saison, Le Potager and Le Voyage - with a Hong Kong twist running through it.

We’re proud to be supplying several signature ingredients on the opening menu:
• Huguenin poultry, featured in the chef’s chicken main
• Selva black tiger prawns
• French scallops 5DO

A few standouts spotted from the table: the Selva black tiger & French scallop plate, and the Huguenin chicken with grilled corn.

A night to remember at .hkg ✨

For French May 2026, Louise opened its kitchen to two very special guests from Top Chef France : chefs and ; for a one-night four-hands collaboration with executive chef .

As the team behind several of the ingredients that made it onto the menu, we couldn’t be prouder. From the cod to the Morteau sausage straight from Huguenin and the Porc Cantal, each plate brought a little piece of France to the Hong Kong table.

A few highlights from the menu:
• Sea snails to kick things off
• Soupe à l’oignon & Comté-wasabi tartelette
• Japanese squid with caviar
• Pan-seared duck liver
• Gnocchi & Morteau sausage by chef Matthias Marc
• Cod (sourced by us) by chef Loïc Portalier
• Porc Cantal & Dehesa sardines by chef Pierre Chomet
• Chocolate mousse with miso ice cream to close

At the heart of The Curated Table event at the iconic .palace in Macao, the chefs of .macau elevated our Brittany seafood selection with a stunning salt-crusted preparation.

We are proud to supply these premium products sourced through true coastal craftsmanship, line-caught sea bass and small-boat artisanal turbot from Brittany, selected in partnership with and .daniel.562.

Handled with care and chosen for their freshness, these fish allowed the culinary team in Macao to showcase the purity and elegance of French small-scale fisheries.

One of the rarest ingredients featured at .palace in Macao during The Curated Table: our hand-dived Purple Urchins, harvested by small-scale divers along the coast of Brittany.

Sourced through our partners and .daniel.562, these urchins are exceptionally difficult to obtain, and almost never seen in Macao. Their purity, depth of flavor, and the precision required for hand-diving make them truly unique.

The chefs of .macau , led by the Chef and Executive Chef , transformed this rare product into a dish that captured the raw beauty of the sea.

From line-caught sea bass to small-boat turbot and hand-dived Purple Urchins, the menu showcased the best of Brittany’s artisanal fishing traditions, brought to life in Macao by the Chef , the Executive Chef and his brigade.
