我們很榮幸能與 香港浸會大學商學院 合作，成為 Agribusiness: Marketing and Entrepreneurship 課程的研究對象，攜手探索本地農業市場的更多可能。

在課堂中，我們 AquaGreen 創辦人 Tracey Lam 及市場推廣團隊代表分享了品牌故事、經營模式與產品特色，讓同學們從行銷與經營的角度深入了解水耕農業的市場生態。同學們更親身走訪中環街市旗艦店和 Great Food Hall，觀察 AquaGreen 的水耕農產品在零售環境中的定位與競爭，分析AquaGreen 的市場策略、品牌理念及消費者行為等，將課堂所學的概念與真實市場實例結合。

我們期望透過這次課堂考察，能幫助同學了解香港農產品和零售市場。運用行銷知識、創意思維與專業技能，制定具前瞻性的行銷策略與計劃！💚

We are honored to collaborate with Hong Kong Baptist University School of Business, serving as the case study for the Agribusiness: Marketing and Entrepreneurship course. Together with students to explore the world of Agricultural Marketing in Hong Kong!

During the lesson, AquaGreen founder Tracey Lam and our Marketing Team shared our brand story, business model, and product highlights, giving students valuable insights into the agricultural business from both marketing and management perspectives. Students also visited our Central Market Flagship Store and Great Food Hall. Observing how AquaGreen’s hydroponic products are positioned and compete within Hong Kong’s retail environment. Analyzing AquaGreen’s market strategies, brand philosophy, and consumer behavior, connecting classroom concepts with real-world market practices.

We hope the lesson will enable students to gain a deeper understanding of Hong Kong’s agricultural and retail markets. So they can apply their marketing knowledge, creativity, and professional skills to develop forward‑looking marketing strategies and plans in the future! 💚
