Business grew steadily and we gradually established our direct import, bringing in goods from around the world: dried mushroom and scallops from Japan; dried sharkfins, fishmaw and bechedemer from South America; cashew nuts from India; and agricultural produce from China. Increasing market demands soon brought about the expansion of our import product range – to include California pistachios, Australian macadamia nuts, Japanese snack foods, confectioneries, a wide variety of sake and alcoholic spirits, and rich assortment of catering industry requirements; we are the proud sole PRC agent of many of these renowned brands of foods and spirits. The re-export of this variety of goods has since become a logical extension of our business growth, the burgeoning mainland PRC market being prime focus. Nowadays you can find our products distributed to every sector of the Hongkong-Macau market, namely major department stores and supermarkets, retailers and restaurants. Within mainland China, presently we operate from two bases – our branch office in the southern city Guangzhou; and in the north, our Shanghai branch, serving the area and neighboring cities and regions - and we will continue to expand our domain business to cover major provinces and markets of the PRC.
