Hola. Namaste. My name is Kanch, and I am a fashion entrepreneur and plant based chef. I take you on a sensuous culinary journey into plant based cuisine.
Burnt out after a high stress career, I decided to take on healing myself and became a health coach this led me to have a shift in the way I lived and ate. It also ignited my curiosity in food and its healing properties. Born to Indian parents I grew up in an aromatic kitchen where my mother’s spice dabba was her pot of gold and every meal she was the alchemist. This bought me to the realization that her creativity was in the kitchen and the table her soul. I believe on the table the soul of the chef is transparent, the better you eat the better you think.
