Ever notice something strange about our food system? Organically grown produce must pass strict, expensive rules to prove it is safe. Regular produce, full of chemicals, comes with no warnings at all. Imagine if the rules were flipped. Why is safe food a luxury?

We often forget that real food starts in places where it grows naturally: fields, gardens, orchard, before it reaches our plates.

Choosing food that comes from these sources means choosing food the way nature intended. Some processing is normal, but problems start when food is so processed it barely looks like food anymore.

Despite our best efforts, Typhoon Ragasa has flattened the tunnels and damaged the nursery, so much will need rebuilding.🌪 It feels like a setback, but this too is part of nature. Storms come and go, just as seasons do, and we have to work with them.💫 The soil remains, and in time we will plant again and bring the farm back to life. 💪💪
