SALUTE 在意大利文正是「健康」的意思，我們取名為SALUTE!，就是因為我們極度重視身心健康。我們都愛吃，也愛四出旅遊，品嘗各地美食，其中意大利食品更是我們最愛中的最愛。在多次造訪意大利托斯卡尼的過程中，我們不但親嘗當地農場生產的醇酒美食，還深深體會到意大利人對吃的執著和熱情，也被農場主人對食物品質和家族傳統的堅持所感動。更重要的是，我們可以真正了解意大利人吃的文化，認識各款食物的特質和正確的配搭方法。

ng. We also love travelling around to taste good food all over the world. Italian food is always our top favourite. During our visits to Tuscany in Italy, we not only could taste the good food and good wine produced by local farms, but also had the chance to appreciate the obsession and passion for food and eating by the Italian people. We were also impressed by the persistence of farmers for the quality of food and the tradition of their families. Through our visits and interviews, we have gained a better understanding of Italian eating culture, a clear idea of its characteristics and what best combinations go with different types of food.
