Our story 品牌故事
The History of Lemon King
Lemon King was established by a former hawker Tong Kan-pui, who first started selling preserved lemon snacks from a wooden trolley in Wing K*t Street, Sheung Wan since the 1970s.
After years of operations, Lemon King has gained its popularity among Hong Kong customers and tourists. There were also times that the wooden trolley was confiscated and the business had to be halted. Thankfully, with the help of Hong Kong food critic Chua Lam and relevant government departments, we were awarded a fixed-pitch hawker’s licence in 2008, allowing Lemon King to stay in Wing K*t Street.
Lemon King has a good understanding of what makes a good traditional food great, and we are committed to picking the best products to our customers. In addition to liquorice lemon, we also offer ginger, olives, mushroom chips, okra chips etc. to snack lovers. We will continue to uphold Lemon King’s vision in offering the best products to customers.
