Taking our live stages to a new level, 90-year-old ๐ก๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฎ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ Matarrese stole hearts with her live pasta demonstrations, while ๐ญ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ (Chef Cristina Lunardini) captivated the crowd with her signature techniques and regional storytelling.
๐๏ธ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ: Highlighting the deep cultural roots of the โMade in Italyโ initiative, we hosted the ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ผ๐ปโs rich biodiversity alongside the ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐บ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ด๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ (Caseificio Cavola 993) and their iconic high-altitude cheese.

Armed with an ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐, guests collected stamps as they journeyed through the booths, tasting and talking with 30 premium artisans. Combined with ๐ป๐ผ๐ป-๐๐๐ผ๐ฝ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ circulating the floor, everyone could sample and experience everything on offer.
