「特上」はお肉博士と認定された当社代表取締役が最高級なA5、A4の黒毛和牛を直接日本から仕入れ、一頭買いする事で、色んな部位を香港のお客様に提供する日本黒毛和牛の専門店です。

また、牛肉の「トレーサビリティ」にも重点をおき、仕入れた和牛一つ一つの個体識別番号、格付結果証明書を当社のウェブサイトに記載しており、召し上がっていただく和牛が、安心・安全なことをお約束します。

Certified as “Wagyu Meister” by

All Japan Meat Industry Cooperative Association (AJMIC), our director sources all of our A4 and A5 Premium Wagyu from her home town, Japan. Our direct import of “full set” of “whole cow” allows us to provide most variety of “special section” of Wagyu to meet the highest expectation of beef lovers in Hong Kong. Grading Certificate for each individual cow we imported (with unique Wagyu “Birth ID” showing full details of history of breed) are posted on our company website to validate best quality and meat safety of our wagyu.
