梁永盛的故事：
梁永盛香莊，原來總店座落于老香店林立的上環，作風低調的百年老字號。
永盛永盛，是指希望梁家永世昌盛的意思，并不存在梁永盛這個人，立刻聯想起中國人的姓名乃父母所賜，不會經常被直呼其名，一般朋友會以「字」或「號」稱之。
梁炳培先生是廣東新會人，梁永盛香莊是梁耀帖先生于 1872年在廣州成立，并在文化大革命的時候搬到香港，祖父梁則之先生是品牌的第二代，父親梁金匯先生接手為第三代，而年過六十的梁炳培先生則為第四代。
