" Afro Banana "
Addictive and delectable crispy homemade banana fritters in Batam, specially made for you with selected high quality ingredients! We take great pride and efforts in choosing the ingredients, from carefully picked raw bananas, to the oil we use. One thing you must know is that we DO NOT use lard, or any products that is non halal, so our dear Muslim friends can enjoy our fritters at ease...🙂
We get many questions (really, a lot) asking whether our fritters are made with plastic since it's SO crispy. We can assure you, it's really not. Our banana fritters are made with natural and hand selected ingredients, strictly under our founder's supervision, and of course with a dash of Mother's love. May sound a little bit cheesy, but it is what it is! It's because a Mother would never let her children eat food with harmful ingredients; she will only let her children eat the best. ❤ Therefore, we have to stress on the fact that we do not use any harmful substance and plastic in our fritters!
Also, we are known as "Frozen Banana," a name we got from our customer (Gee, thanks!!). The reason behind this name is because we also provide fritters in half-fried/frozen condition, so you may purchase it as gifts for your dearest family and friends. It's safe to bring to another city or neighbor countries as long as your travel time is not too long and you put the fritters in the freezer as soon as possible. The recommended time is maximum of 2 weeks, provided if you keep the fritters nicely in freezer. Because once again, no preservatives, no plastic, so it won't be as nice if it's kept too long.
