Belinya disini 👉 https://shope.ee/9er8011oaI The typical recommendation is to get a new toothbrush (or electric brush head) with every season, which works out to every 3 months. You should, however, change it sooner in cases of illness 🦠 or if the bristles become damaged (e.g. kid chews them so they’re splayed). What about cleaning your toothbrush? I use retainer cleaning tablets, diluted bleach 1:10 water solution, peroxide, or alcohol mouthwash to clean our family’s brushes about once a week. Most bad bacteria in the mouth are anaerobic, which means allowing the brush to air dry (some people have two brushes and alternate to be sure they dry fully) will take care of most of the germs of concern, so you don’t have to stress clean it every day. 🪥 If a kid of mine has strep, I clean their brush for the first 2 or 3 days of antibiotics after each time they use it (via one of the methods listed above). Once the fever and major symptoms have resolved, I bust out the new brush. Stomach bug always get diluted bleach + water or is just tossed immediately and we go through several. 👉 Also be sure to avoid storing family members' toothbrushes in close proximity to each other. 👉And wipe paste off of the tube dispenser with a clean finger and then transfer it to the brush head rather than wiping it directly onto the bristles to avoid cross contamination.
