Homemade Noodle made by Solid Breadmaker 馃崪馃崪
Here is the recipe:
3 eggs
3/4 salt
300gr all purpose flour
1. Put all the ingredients into the pan.
2. Choose menu 9 KNEAD, will run 13 minutes.
3. Once ready, bring the dough out. Divide the dough into 3.
4. Flatten one of dough by using the roller pin as thin as possible and cut it using spatula or pizza cuter, or can use the noddle cutter machine to roll and cut. Repeat for the rest of dough. Please note that the firmness of the noodles depends on how thick they are.
5. Add more flour to avoid sticky.
6. Noodle can be cooked directly or to be kept in freezer for few weeks.
