🍖🍖Have you tried our pork chops ? They are delicious!

Here's a simple recipe to cook them perfectly:

1. Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
2. Season the marinated pork chops with a pinch of salt and pepper (optional).
3. Grill or sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). ⏰
4. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.

🔥 BBQ Leg of Lamb – Quick Guide
You’ll need:

1 leg of lamb
Olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper
✅ Steps:
Prep: Rub lamb with oil, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper. Let sit 30 mins.

Preheat BBQ:
Set for indirect heat, around 180–200°C.

Sear (optional): Sear over direct heat 3–4 mins per side for a crust.

Cook: Move to indirect heat. Close lid. Cook 1.5–2 hrs.

Check Temp:
Medium-rare: 57°C
Medium: 63°C
Rest:

Let rest 15–20 mins before slicing.
