A little look at the counter this week 👀🥩

There’s something we’re particularly proud of here at Gallagher’s… knowing exactly where our meat comes from.

Our beef and lamb is sourced locally from our own farms around Doneyloop, with our animals killed in our own abattoir, just minutes from the farm.

From there, it comes straight to our butchers, where it’s b***d, cut and prepared by our own team before making its way into the counter.

No miles and miles of travelling. No mystery about where it came from. Just good Irish meat, local to Donegal.

And when you see the counter looking like this… you know there’s plenty of good eating to be had! 😋🥩

Chef Carmel makes our pizza dough fresh in our own kitchen, bakes the bases here, and even makes her tomato pizza sauce from scratch.

From a ball of dough ➡️ freshly baked base ➡️ loaded up and ready for the oven.

No shortcuts, just plenty of work going on behind the scenes in our kitchen to get them ready for you. 👨‍🍳🍕

And we have to say… they’re pretty hard to beat straight out of the oven! 😋
