I miss my sidekick now. It's not quite the same in the kitchen anymore without him.

I also wanted to say I got some beautiful messages from some of you since my dad died. I haven't gotton back to them but they meant a lot to me.

My dad passed away last Friday.

He was a huge part of PureRawEnergy from the very start. He did all the heavy lifting and was always there to help.

I was so so lucky to have him by my side every day.

I can't even imagine doing it all without him.

He was an amazing father and my best friend and he will be forever missed and remembered.

Things will never be the same without Ned.
