Having converted our farm to organic in 2001 we started selling organic meats produced from our farm at farmers’ markets around Ireland in 2004. The owner, Jimmy Mulhall, and his son Eddie run the business with some part-time help. We supply a number of farmers markets across Ireland and we also supply direct to restaurants and hotels, (e.g. Stradbally Fayre, Lennons (Carlow).
