Looking for something easy, versatile, and packed with flavour? Chilli Drumsticks - coated in a rich, smoky, sweet-with-a-kick marinade, ideal for the oven, air fryer, or on the BBQ.

Simply mix together a few tablespoons of BBQ sauce, a drizzle of honey, a splash of soy sauce, crushed garlic, a pinch of chilli flakes or paprika, and a little olive oil. Coat your drumsticks well and leave to marinate for at least an hour (or overnight if you have time), then cook until sticky, caramelised, and full of flavour.
