E A S T for us is the realisation of a long researched dream. From dough made in our kitchen in HQ we hand roll leavened flatbread and cook on a Lebanese skillet known as a saj!! Our coffee is from our friends at The Golden Bean and Badger and Dodo. Our falafel must be tasted to believe!!
