Coolea Cheese is hand made on the mountain farm of the Willems family in Coolea, Co. Nothing but 100% healthy fresh pasteurised cows milk is used to produce this high quality cheese. Coolea cheese is available in Coolea plain, Coolea Cumin Seed, Coolea Herb and Garlic and our most famous Coolea matured.
