A successful practicing solicitor in Cork City, Grahame's true passion and love lies in the art of cooking. Brought up in a B&B in Mallow, Co. Cork, Grahame learnt the basic skills of cooking from watching his mother in the kitchen. His talent and love for food grew as he moved to USA with Anne in the 80s, living in New York City and Texas, respectively. They returned as a family in 1995, only to
wow and amaze his friends and family with his now infamous talent in the kitchen and on the BBQ. Anne, on the other hand the the beauty, brains and braisen boss behind the operation, who is often known to sell snow to an Eskimo. To them, food is the essence of life. They believe that food is the passion and bond that brings the family closer together (and sometimes the only reason the children come home for dinner!) Their mission is to share this belief with the young and old, with friends and with family, because in the end, it is the company around you that truely brings a dish to perfection.
