The Humours of Wh***ey is the inaugural release in The Artist Collection, a collaboration between Two Stacks Irish Wh***ey Stacks Irish Wh***ey and acclaimed Irish artist Jack Coulter. Inspired by Jack’s synaesthesia, his ability to experience music as colour, this limited edition celebrates the harmony between painting, music and wh***ey, with each discipline shaped by patience, instinct and creativity. A carefully composed marriage of exceptional casks including: 1991 Single Malt (ex Bourbon cask) 2002 Single Grain (ex Passito Di Pantelleria cask) 2016 Single Pot Still (ex Mandorla cask) Each cask contributes its own voice, creating a wh***ey that is both vibrant and deeply layered. Limited in number to 300 units only,The Artist Collection – Vol. 1 is much more than a bottle of wh***ey, it is a celebration of contemporary Irish creativity. ABV 50% ***ey

Limited Edition 2 is a 13 Year Old Single Malt Irish Wh***ey that showcases the exceptional cask selection and maturation expertise of Head of Maturation, Paddy Foley. This limited release has been matured for 11 years in bourbon barrels before receiving a finishing period in carefully selected Madeira casks, creating a wh***ey with remarkable depth, balance and individuality.
Bottled at 51.3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, this release captures a unique moment in Di**le Distillery’s journey. Each of the 1,632 individually numbered bottles is presented in a collector’s presentation box with bespoke detailing and accompanying tasting notes.
The Madeira cask finish brings rich layers of sweet honey, sun dried fruits and candied citrus on the nose, followed by notes of toffee and vanilla. The palate is full and complex, offering flavours of sticky dates, dark chocolate, spiced oak, clove and cinnamon. A long, elegant finish lingers with delicate spice, nutmeg, sugar syrup sweetness, orchard fruits and a gentle touch of toasted oak. ***ey
