🥔 Help us support our growers — buy baby Roosters! 🇮🇪

The ongoing drought has made Rooster potatoes more challenging to source, with smaller sizes becoming more common. ☀️

When supply is scarce, it’s important to prioritise quality for your business, while also supporting our growers through a difficult season. 🤝

Roosters are smaller, but still great quality and a great option as baby salad potatoes for your menu. 👌

By choosing them, you’re helping us support Irish growers and keep Irish produce on the menu. 🇮🇪🌱

🍅 The last of the Irish tomatoes

As we come towards the end of the Irish tomato season, the tomatoes are naturally getting a little smaller, especially the heirloom varieties — but the quality is still absolutely beautiful.

Finding an Irish tomato grower has been something we’d been looking for for a long time, so discovering Nasko Sweet Drop this season has been such a great addition to our range. It’s been a pleasure working with them and having these beautiful tomatoes available throughout the season.

A big thank you to everyone who has been supporting Irish tomatoes over the summer. If you can, keep them on your menus for the last stretch of the season. 🇮🇪🍅

🌶️ Irish Serenade Chillies

Proudly supporting Irish-grown produce from McCormack Farm 🇮🇪

Serenade is a medium-to-mild chilli variety, similar to a jalapeño, making it a great addition to your menu when you want to add a little kick without overpowering a dish.

Grown right here in Ireland, choosing Irish chillies helps support our growers and strengthen our local food system.

Why not give them a try?

Our Irish leeks from Ballygarron Farm are a little smaller this season due to the dry weather, but they’re still a great addition to your menu.

Where possible, choose Irish leeks over imported — every Irish product you put on your menu helps support our growers and keeps value within our food system.

Irish Brussels sprouts are in season from now until February! 🇮🇪

Grown by Welgro in North County Dublin, they’re a great seasonal addition to your menus over the coming months.

Adding Irish produce to your menu is always a good way to celebrate what’s in season and support local growers.

Supporting Irish agriculture is important to us. We’re always looking for ways to increase the amount of Irish produce we supply and, with your support, help create more demand for Irish-grown produce.

This week, we’re showcasing Irish garlic from Taylor’s of Lusk, alongside other garlic varieties we supply for chefs looking for quality and choice.
