Ferments & Pickles Ferments & Pickles was established in 2014 to promote and provide locally produced fermented and pickled foods and a range of lacto-fermented juices

Ferments & Pickles is a developing producer of foods preserved through fermentation or indeed pickling. We use local ingredients - well as much as possible (still waiting for the lemons). - and feel the need to retain as much of the goodness nature provides by using these time proven preservation methods. Fermentation of various foods from sauces to krauts, yoghurts to breads, kefirs to kimchi....

.in fact there isn't a nation on this planet that does not appear to have some form of a fermented food (but correct me if I am wrong)
