🎃 This weekend, we present The Golden Pumpkin Adventure at Ovens Pumpkin Patch ✨

Something strange has happened on the farm…
The Halloween magic has disappeared, and somewhere along the trail is a mysterious Golden Pumpkin.

Families will make their way through the old trees, spooky scenes and Halloween displays before reaching the Golden Pumpkin and bringing the magic back to the farm.
After the trail, there’s plenty more to enjoy with pumpkin bowling, pumpkin weighing, sheep, machinery displays, real pumpkins growing on the vines, hot drinks, cold drinks, candy floss and popcorn.

We’ve put a huge amount of work into getting everything ready and we can’t wait to welcome everyone this weekend. 🎃

Important: All of our focus will be on running the event, so we will not be contactable by phone, message or social media. Please check your booking email and plan your journey in advance.
See you this weekend.

🎃 From Seed to Pumpkins

It all starts with a seed. 🌱

We sow our pumpkins in spring, raise the young plants and then plant them out on the farm to grow through the summer.

This year, we created access through the pumpkin vines so when you visit in October, you can get a closer look at where our pumpkins are actually grown.

From a tiny seed to the different pumpkin varieties you will see across the farm. 🎃

🎃 IT’S ALL STARTING TO TAKE SHAPE!
Our first marquee is up! 🙌

This is one of the new additions for this year, giving everyone more covered seating and shelter while visiting Ovens Pumpkin Patch in Cork. We’ve also got two more smaller marquees still to go up.

And this is only the start. There’s plenty happening around the farm now, building props, putting together our free activities and getting everything ready for opening weekend.

Things are going to change very quickly from here, so we’ll keep sharing the progress as it all comes together. 🎃

Not long to go! 👻
