Pondering life in a silly T-shirt exhausted but fu**in privileged! 2023 a year that has tried tested and certainly opened my eyes!
For starters the store had another fantastic year filled with fun and challenges but challenges that we overcame with the support of an amazing team of staff, staff willing to work with enthusiasm and empathy for both myself and the store’s well being, no selfishness no animosity just graft! This week was testament to that! Another PB but most of all support! Supportin numbers coming in to the store and being apart of us! Our way our vision! I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for this but also to highlight the word SUPPORT!!
Personally a year that has been long and painful with the loss of some dearest! People who no matter I believe should be der for me and my family now! Look s**t happens and the norm is try sort it asap, not the case! Nothing can be sorted unless u come face to face! But folk turn der back! block ur number and drive on! Well 2024 is a year of my pace! No chasing the ones who sped off! It has to be this way, you just hope they can sleep knowing at some point and in some cases more than others I was der for them! SUPPORT! Anyway last rant of the year! A very Merry Christmas and an amazing 2024 for us all!

Quick one! Anyone looking for a white day bed and new mattress! Clearing out my daughters room and a new bed requested! Must be picked up today or tomorrow! Spotless and bed only year old! Let me know! R.

Reeling In The Years!

All I can do is wish this young man my son Dean the happiest of birthdays, 30 years ago about now me at 21!!! I was gifted this gent! A meant to be that has brought nothing but happiness, he’s more than a son more than one of my three kids he has become a man of substance and support and someone who has helped me build our dream! I always say he was the 5 seconds of my best but the return has been never ending, His attitude in life is chilled to say the least but his ability from an early age to cope with the 30 years and what goes with it is a credit to him and him alone! I’ve never heard bad spoke of him but when he has of others he has never judged, condoned, nor disowned no matter what the circumstances! True love and an ability to actually care and assist, if only far more had the attributes our world be a better place, for this for being Dean I thank him and wish him well on his day! Love ye Son! Dad x. Surely that deserves a pint?😂
