A one-stop page for all things gluten free and vegan in Ireland, minus the hidden unhealthy bits. We aim at selecting daily from the web the tastiest choice of vegan and gluten-free products and recipes, as well as helpful information and research. If you are celiac or have a gluten or wheat sensitivity/intolerance or you simply wish to enjoy the benefits of a gluten free diet and considering goi

ng gluten free, we want to make your life a bit easier by sorting out your daily meals, from breakfast to dinner, providing you with easy and healthy recipes and meals prep tips. We understand that gluten free doesn’t necessarily mean healthy and that many GF products in shops and online are processed and display a long list of ingredients that are anything but healthy, like hydrogenated fats, chemical preservatives and huge amounts of white sugar and salt. Our mission is to help the GF community in Ireland to develop an awareness about what’s truly healthy and not to fall for the wrong assumption that if food has”gluten free” written on the label, then it must be good for you. We’d love to introduce you to artisan business, restaurants, markets and shops that are local, ethical, organic and whose products are fresh, handmade and have very short ingredients label. Also, we’d love to hear from you and will be delighted to publish anything you wish to share, from recipes to product and business reviews, to GF travel diaries as well as your experience of the perks and challenges of a gluten free lifestyle.
