Andy's Spelt Treats wedneadays special are Rhubarb crumble muffins with rhubarb from Fortune's Farm Fresh Produce.
I'm one of the few bakers which specializes in Spelt flour cakes, cookies and biscuits but also have a wide range of flourless and plant based options.
