Monday is always a whirlwind here at the shop. From the first customer through the door to the final wrap of the day, it’s been non-stop. We love the buzz, but it’s the connection with all of you that makes the busy pace worth it.

We’ve had a busy start to the week making sure the shelves are stocked with the best 100% Irish, Bord Bia approved meat. If you were one of the many who stopped by today, thank you for supporting the family business.

Between the early morning feed out on the farm and the last wrap of brown paper on a Saturday evening, this shop doesn’t stop moving. It’s a week of muddy boots, sharp knives, and seeing half the town for a catch-up over the counter.

We’re busy because we don’t take shortcuts, handling everything from our own fields in Meath to the butcher’s block. It’s a bit of a whirlwind, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
