Your body might be sitting still…
but your nervous system hasn’t stopped running in months.

I’ll be holding a small, trauma-informed Breathwork Journey in The Cheese Press, Ennistymon on Friday May 29th at 6PM.
This isn’t just about breathing.
It’s about creating space to:

✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Slow the overthinking
✨ Reconnect with yourself
✨ Feel grounded again
A lot of people are carrying far more than they realise right now.
Always rushing.
Always switched on.
Always thinking about the next thing.
This is an opportunity to pause.
To breathe.
To let the body exhale for once.
No experience is needed at all and the full journey is guided throughout in a safe and supportive environment.
To keep the experience intimate and fully supported, the first session will be limited to just 10 spaces.
