1. Chicken in Mushroom Sauce
Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 15 mins
Ingredients: 1 packet Knorr Fix Chicken in Mushroom Sauce, 250 g chicken breast (sliced), 200 g pasta, 150 ml water, 150 ml cream, 1 tbsp oil.
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken strips until golden brown.
Mix the Knorr Fix seasoning packet with 150 ml water and 150 ml cream.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, add pasta, and simmer for 3–4 minutes until thick. Serve hot with optional grated cheese or fresh parsley!
2. Stroganoff-Style Pork (Schab a'la Stroganoff)
Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 20 mins
Ingredients: 1 packet Knorr Fix Stroganoff, 500 g pork loin or beef strips, 1 onion (sliced), 150 g mushrooms (sliced), 250 ml water, 50 ml cream, 1 tbsp oil.
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté sliced onions, mushrooms, and pork until cooked through.
Mix the seasoning packet with 250 ml cold water and 50 ml cream.
Pour over the meat and vegetables.
Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy. Serve over rice or egg noodles!
3. Hungarian Goulash (Gulasz Węgierski)
Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 45–60 mins
Ingredients: 1 packet Knorr Fix Hungarian Goulash, 500 g beef or pork (cubed), 1 diced bell pepper, 1 onion (diced), 500 ml water, 1 tbsp cooking oil.
Instructions:
Brown the meat and diced onion in oil over medium-high heat.
Add the diced bell peppers.
Mix the seasoning packet with 500 ml of water, then pour into the pot.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 45–60 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce is rich and savory. Serve with boiled potatoes or crusty bread!
