Hello! 🌱
It has been so long since our last post... The months of this season were really busy, and we’ve only just realised that we should share an update!
We hope the spring and summer months have been good for everyone. This summer has certainly been challenging here — especially with the incredible heat and lack of rain we had during July. But fortunately, as we always try to take care of the soil, even through the drought we managed to produce lots of lovely, healthy vegetables.
And the big news is that we finally found the time to put up our third tunnel — the one that was completely destroyed by Storm Éowyn. 🌪️ It took a while, but we finally managed to rebuild it thanks to the support and generosity of many of you — both those who helped us financially to replace it and those who came and gave us their time and physical help to actually rebuild it. We are very very grateful! ❤️

Autumn is finally here, and things are slightly slowing down on the farm — but not completely! Alongside harvesting, processing and storing vegetables, sawing green manure, and doing the last transplants in the tunnels, we’re also planting more trees that we’ve grown from seeds and nuts, and continuing with all the never-ending jobs on structures and around the farm.
A big thank you to everyone who has supported us in one way or another. 🌱❤️
