It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear colleague and friend Owen Farrell.
For the past 7 years, Owen has been a much-loved part of the Sillis family. Owen was dependable, kind, funny and always so obliging — nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His dedication, warmth, kindness, cheeky smile and good nature made a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. He built wonderful relationships with both colleagues and customers over the years and was so well thought of.
We are truly devastated by his loss of such a good man, and he will be deeply missed by all of us at here at Sillis.
Our heartfelt thoughts and sincere sympathies are with his partner Martina, his children Eimhin & Dearbhaile, his extended family, friends, and loved ones at this incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time.
The death has occurred of Owen Farrell, Lake View Heights and formerly Main Street, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan, on Tuesday, May 26th, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by his mother Violet, father Paddy, brother Oliver, and sister Annemarie.
Owen deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, son Eimhin, daughter Dearbhaile, partner Martina, brother-in-law Sean, nieces and nephews Keith, Leona, Aoife, and Adam, uncle Eugene (Bailieborough), extended family, and many friends.
