Have you tried our delicious boneless ham yet? It’s so easy to cook and always a customer favourite.

For a classic finish, simmer your ham gently for 20 minutes per 500g, then glaze and bake for 20–25 minutes at 180°C for a beautifully golden result.

Or why not try Coca Cola Ham!
The cola gives a sweet, caramelised finish while keeping the ham incredibly tender.

You’ll need:
• 1 boneless ham joint (1–2kg)
• 1.5–2 litres Coca‑Cola (full sugar)
• 1 onion, halved
• 2 bay leaves
• 6–8 peppercorns

Glaze:
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Dijon or English mustard
• Optional: a splash of cola or orange juice

How to make it:
🫕 Simmer: Place the ham in a large pot, cover with Cola, add the onion, bay leaves and peppercorns. Simmer gently for 20 minutes per 500g.

🔥 Glaze: Mix honey, brown sugar, mustard and a splash of cola.

🥘 Bake: Lift the ham into a roasting dish, score the fat and brush with glaze. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, glazing again halfway through, until sticky and golden.

Perfect for Sunday dinner or sliced cold during the week.
